The South Australian real estate industry will work for legislative changes in 2005. The South Australian property market is strong and has grown over 2004. The Real Estate Institute of South Australia is working with the South Australian Government to ensure that legislative changes benefit the industry. The association has been lobbying for another working party. This will be convened in April or May 2005 and will allow the exploration of issues that the draft legislation did not adequately address.
