Light-duty electric vehicle interest Columbia ParCar recently introduced its new Summit Utility Vehicle (SUV), a multi-purpose entry in its Summit vehicle line.
Columbia ParCar noted that it is offering a neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) package on the new Summit that makes it street legal in many states on roads with speed limits up to 35 mph.
