FORMER Coleraine and Derry City great Felix Healy has branded the Setanta Cup a "reward to clubs that have put the local game on its knees."
In a frank no-holds-barred interview, Healy - boss of eircom league side Finn Harps - also claimed Irish League clubs will struggle in the new competition.
"I'd be very surprised if an Irish League club wins the Setanta Cup," he said.
"Linfield and Glentoran wouldn't finish in the top six of the eircom League. They would struggle big time."
