Tim Kelley, editorial page editor for the Wisconsin State Journal since 2002, will become managing editor of the newspaper, effective Monday.

"Tim has ably demonstrated his passion and skill for the job in his tenure as editorial page editor and in his previous life as city editor, night city editor and reporter at the Wisconsin State Journal," editor Ellen Foley said Wednesday.
