Intermountain Health Care's score on this year's IHN 100 barely nudged in 2004, with the system holding onto its first-place ranking for the fourth straight year.
Intermountain, which owns 18 hospitals in Idaho and Utah, has not fallen from Verispan's Top 10 since 2000. This year's scores changed in just two categories.
