IT'S hard to forget how hard the Metropolitan Cathedral Concerts Society works to bring new and unusual works to Merseyside audiences.
Not many years ago they put on the internationally acclaimed series of premieres by local composers.
This time round there's an incredible series of concerts, the latest of which featured pianist Tim Horton. His programme was as demanding for the audience as it was for the performer.
