Feb. 5--The beads have exotic names like Galaxy in a Crystal, Glass Godivas and Chic Angels.
And they have exotic prices to match: $50 to $80 per bead.
Buyers picked up these beads at Tucson's Whole Bead Show, held at the Windmill Inn, 4250 N. Campbell Ave., Wednesday through Friday. Vendors packed into the Windmill banquet room and laid bags, baskets and trays of beads across desks and beds in their hotel rooms.
Some of the pricier beads are ornate, and each is crafted by hand.
