The U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice of final determination that carbazole violet pigment 23 from the People's Republic of China is being sold, or is likely to be sold, in the U.S. at less than fair value, as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
In the notice, which appeared in the Federal Register, Vol. 69, No. 221 on Nov. 17, 2004, the ITA has turned over its findings to the International Trade Commission (ITC), which will determine whether these imports are materially injuring, or threaten material injury to, the U.S. industry.
