Deep Sea Leisure, the listed leisure company which runs two aquariums in the UK featuring marine life, announced its final results for the year ended 31 October 2004.
Pre-tax profit for the period was up 58% to 1.654m [pounds sterling] (2003: 1.044m [pounds sterling]) on slightly increased turnover of 6.761m [pounds sterling] (2003: 6.138m [pounds sterling]). Visitor numbers were up by 6% in the period, and per capita spend rose for the third consecutive year, up 4%.
