Vote or Die! Who knew that three little words could be so powerful?
P. Diddy is shouting that slogan to youth across America. His group is called Citizen Change. It is one of many groups trying to get young people excited about voting. These days, many celebrities--from actress Alyssa Milano to wrestler Kurt Angle--are urging young people to vote on Election Day, November 2.
In the 2000 presidential election, only about half of the people who were signed up to vote actually voted. Among registered voters ages 18 to 24, only about one in three people voted.
