Whenever decorators gather, no matter what the subject or point of view, the conversation reverts with magnetic resonance to environmental issues--the latest legislation and regulations on heavy metals--and the concomitant drive to develop lead-free technologies.
The concensus: environmental issues will continue to multiply, confronting decorators and their suppliers with ever-new requirements and restrictions.
