C.M. Life, a Hartford subsidiary of Connecticut Mutual Life, has enhanced its 10-year-old Panorama variable annuity with features that have become increasingly popular in the variable annuity marketplace.
The newversion, called Panorama Plus, has these extras: trailer commissions for the producer; a guaranteed investment account; a waiver of surrender charge in event of terminal illness; and a broader death benefit provision.
In addition, it offers seven investment options, instead of four. The new options include the guaranteed account, a government securities and an international equities portfolio.
