What comes next after stainless steel?
Don't know? That's OK -- for now -- because housewares suppliers and retailers say stainless steel isn't going anywhere soon. But eventually it will go the way of avocado green as a result of high prices, the fickleness of fashion and the influence of trends in major appliances.
