It's time to slide on the ice, and if we're lucky, sled, ski, and even walk on top of the snow.
Skating
- Thanks to the St. Charles Park District, three parks offer the opportunity for anyone, in or out of the area, to enjoy a bit of ice skating.
The rinks are at Davis Park, located on Fellows just south of Davis Elementary School; Timber Trails, located off Dean Street and Randall Road; and Langum Park, located on the east side of the river, along Riverside Drive.
Langum is the only rink where hockey is allowed. Players should use full safety equipment, and no slap ...
