INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio recently earned the highest levels of accreditations given by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Blue Preferred(R) Primary (HMO), Blue Preferred(R) Primary Plus (POS) and Anthem Senior Advantage (Ohio) received an "Excellent" Accreditation. In addition, Blue Access (PPO) achieved Full Accreditation, the highest level achievable for PPO plans.
