Two Hancock Field Air Guard recruiters who signed up more than 100 new recruits in a year are vying for top national honors for their work.
Master Sgt. Brad Addison and Tech Sgt. Joe Call will learn in April whether they've earned the Air National Guard's highest recruiting honor: a gold badge.
All Air National Guard recruiters wear a silver recruiting badge pinned to their uniform.
If Addison and Call win gold badges, it will be the first time two 174th Fighter Wing recruiters accomplish the goal in the same year, military officials said.
