Americans' love affair with ethnic cuisine has product developers flirting with new ways to add the authentic flavor components of fresh herbs. Some are saying |yes' to herb concentrates from L.J. Minor.
The company's herb concentrates are made using sauteed fresh herbs with added natural flavor intensifiers. The unique cooking process yields products that have the fresh flavor profile, color and aroma of their primary ingredient - basil, cilantro or dill, for example - in a concentrated form. Other concentrates available include ginger, sage, tarragon, jalapeno and green chili.
