"Blueberry was one of our top selling flavors when we first launched Toaster Strudel[TM] in the mid-1980s," says Julie Burrows, marketing manager for Minneapolis-based Pillsbury Inc. The strong consumer appeal demonstrated by blueberry Toaster Strudel in subsequent market studies ensured the product's success when Toaster Struder was relaunched in October 1990.
