TAIPEI, Feb 15 Asia Pulse - The Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) under the Ministry of Economic Affairs will help domestic industries upgrade their energy efficiency while also studying the feasibility of international cooperation to cut greenhouse gas emissions, IDB officials said Monday.

The officials made the remarks in view of the Kyoto Protocol, which will come into force Wednesday, putting limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
