Feb. 15--FREDERICK -- For nearly three decades, Inder P. Singh of Frederick worked as a sought-after musician in Bollywood -- the site of the largest film industry in the world. How he landed a place in Bollywood history is the stuff movies are made of.
Mr. Singh, 50, was born in the north-central India city of Gwalior. His father owned a shop selling musical instruments. He grew up listening to all types of music and performers. As a young child, he began experimenting with instruments.
"I would try a little bit of everything," Mr. Singh said.
