MELVILLE, N.Y. -- North Fork Bancorporation, Inc. (NYSE: NFB) is pleased to launch the North Fork Foundation Scholarship Program. This Program is a continuation of the GreenPoint Scholars Program. This year, the North Fork Foundation will award 125 $2,500 renewable grants to high school seniors in New York and 25 $2,500 renewable grants in New Jersey.
To be eligible, students must demonstrate financial need and live in one of the New York or New Jersey Counties where North Fork has branches.
