Feb. 17--LAKELAND, Fla. -- Joe P. Ruthven, owner of The Ruthvens, will be inducted into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame tonight.
The event recognizes individuals for significant contributions to the Tampa Bay area. The distinction is earned through business and civic achievements, as well as "a lifelong example of integrity and decency they pass on to future generations," according to the organizers.
