Feb. 18--The property developer Wisepower Group Co Ltd hopes to tap demand for high-end residential homes in Chon Buri, where no new supply has been added to the market for the past two years, with a new single-detached housing project.
The company's chairman, Eric Lai, said Wisepower Group was in talks with a landowner in Chon Buri about the acquisition of a 250-rai land plot where it planned to develop a combination of low-rise houses and shophouses.
