18 FEBRUARY 2005 GENEVA, SWITZERLAND - Pacific Islanders and church leaders need not worry about openly discussing the topic of sex or human sexuality at home because it is becoming too important a topic to ignore, both at home and in church.
And if Pacific peoples think it is culturally inappropriate to do that, scholars and experts gathered in Geneva this week believe and have openly shared that there needs to be space for it because the issue has provoked discussion at many international forums, including World Council of Churches conferences and assemblies over the years.
