The global hotel corporation managing the Crowne Plaza in White Plains said there are no immediate changes planned in the operations of the 401-room, two-suite hotel, notwithstanding the recent departure of its general manager.
British-owned InterContinental Hotels Group plc will continue to manage the hotel at 66 Hale Ave., following its sale and 12 others in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico for $425 million to Hospitality Property Trust of Newton, Mass.
InterContinental will manage the Crowne Plaza and the other hotels for 25 years with options for two additional 15-year periods.
