Feb. 23--KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysia will build a dedicated terminal for low-cost airlines at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in a move to promote it as a regional hub rivaling Singapore and Bangkok, Transport Minister Chan Kong Choy said Wednesday The move, however, is a blow to the country's budget carrier AirAsia Bhd., which had lobbied hard for the terminal to be located at the old airport in Subang, just 25 kilometers from the city center.
