ST. LOUIS _ Cathy Bodine likes to go out to dinner with her family. But since she started trying to lose weight, she finds it hard to monitor her portions when she dines out_except when she goes to Applebee's, which lists calories, fat, fiber, carbs and Weight Watchers points for several of its items.
"I can feel good about myself leaving a restaurant," says Bodine, 53, of Wildwood, Mo., who joined Weight Watchers at the end of last year. "This way my husband and daughter and grandson can all get something they want, and I can keep track of my points."
