Cumulus Corp.'s legal troubles continue to mount.
Three more suppliers filed suit against Cumulus last month in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. The suppliers seek payment from the Beachwood maker of personal computers and former seller of computer memory products.
"Most of the information we've got (about Cumulus) is negative," said an official with Percom Technology Inc., a Fremont, Calif., computer products company that filed a $323,350 suit against Cumulus on Oct. 22. The official asked not to be identified.
Last Thursday, Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. filed suit for $216,651. And on Oct. 19, Toshiba America Electronic Components Inc. ...
