EATONTOWN, N.J. -- Millennium Cell Inc. (NASDAQ: MCEL), a leading developer of hydrogen energy systems today reported a net loss for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 of $2.2 million, or $0.06 per share, as compared to $2.9 million, or $0.08 per share in the same period of 2003. The adjusted net loss for the quarter was $2.1 million, or $0.05 per share, as compared to an adjusted net loss of $3.0 million or $0.09 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2003. This was in line with expectations.
Cash used in operating and investing activities during the fourth quarter of 2004 was $1.6 million compared to $1.9 million in last year's fourth quarter. For the full year ...
