Number 322 was one of forty trolley cars ordered from the St. Louis Car Company in January of 1944 by Twin City Rapid Transit (TCRT). Equipped with General Electric motors and controls, Number 322 was placed in service in January of 1947 on an 'Inter-urban Line' which joined Minneapolis and St. Paul, but in the 1950s was sold to service the city of Newark, NJ, then to Cleveland, OH in the late 1970s. In July 1990, the Minnesota Transportation Museum acquired Number 322, intending to restore the trolley completely back to service quality.
