We hear and read much from overseas on the role of the managing partner and how to reward and motivate partners in professional accounting firms. Little has been written about what happens on this side of the Atlantic. While the material here will primarily be of interest to the larger firms on this island, I hope it is of value to all member firms as part of enhancing knowledge of current best practice in this area.
