Q. We've been hearing a great deal of second-hand information about construction claims that have occurred regarding sulfate-damaged concrete in residential construction. This seems to be more of an issue on the West Coast.
As a ready-mixed concrete producer, I'm concerned. What is the current situation? And what is our industry doing to solve this problem?
