Tetra Pak Processing UK Ltd of High Wycombe has supplied a new separator to the Guernsey Dairy on the Channel Islands, replacing a life expired module without interrupting production. Founded in 1937, the Guernsey Dairy is a small, highly specialised company, processing about eight million litres of milk a year. The dairy takes milk produced by Guernsey cows from 22 farms across the island to supply milk and milk based products to Guernsey's population.
