HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- A paper, A Prospective Audit of Food Intolerance Among Migraine Patients in Primary Care Clinical Practice, brings new hope for those suffering from the debilitating effects of migraine headaches.
The audit, which was presented in Lisbon at the Third Congress of Headache Care for Practicing Clinicians, was set up to investigate if migraine sufferers had evidence of IgG-based food intolerance and whether their condition could be improved by the withdrawal from the diet specific foods identified by intolerance testing.
