According to market research company Gartner, the Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia's market share increased by 2 percentage points to 33% during October-December 2004, as compared to July-September 2004.
Nokia's market share had reportedly slightly decreased, as compared to its market share of 34.7% in October-December 2003.
US telecomms solutions company Motorola's market share had increased to 16.3% in the fourth quarter 2004, as compared to 13.5% market share in the third quarter 2004.
