Mar 02, 2005 (The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX)

Global advertising group, Publicis Groupe, will reclaim the Australian rights to the name Zenith Media. The Communications Group (TCG), the parent of George Patterson, currently holds the Australian rights. TCG and its private equity backer, Pacific Equity Partners, have been trying to sell the group. Anne Parsons, CEO of Zenith Media, says the end of the franchise agreement will have little impact on the company. She believes that Publicis is a possible buyer for TCG. However, Graeme Wills, of Australasian arm Publicis Mojo, does not think that this will occur.
