A few months ago, I was at an event that opened my eyes to a trend that I don't often see in this industry. At a gathering of the Hybrid Truck Users Forum (HTUF) in Kalamazoo, MI, I learned first-hand that a lot of fleets are eager to get their hands on new, untested vehicle technology before the government legislates it down their throats.
The fleet managers and fleet maintenance managers in attendance are what you'd call "early adopters,' and there were a lot of them in attendance.
