HAVING expressed my admiration for India and its leaders in my last column, I shall now focus on the man who made the deepest impression on me during my visit to India as a member of a Philippine cultural delegation way back in 1962. The man was Jawaharlal Nehru, then Indias prime minister.
The piece I wrote about him herewith reproduced illustrates his encompassing sense of humanity which made such lasting impact on me.
