With dozens of new boutique wineries popping up across the country each year, and the industry's increasing focus on small-lot production--even at large wineries--demand for smaller-scale equipment is on the rise. In years past, small-production wineries had to make do with equipment designed for the big guys, or pay extra to have it custom-built. Not anymore. Today, winery equipment manufacturers offer plenty of options for small wineries, as well as larger ones looking to produce wine in small batches.
