Mar. 4--Charter Communications Inc. is seeking more than $4.3 million from four former executives, who pleaded guilty to fraud after a grand jury investigation of the company and its accounting practices.
In lawsuits filed last month, Charter seeks to recover legal fees and expenses advanced to the executives during the investigation, their indictments as well as related investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and class-action lawsuits by shareholders.
