ISLAMABAD, March 4(PPI) Juri sts from across the country would assemble in the federal capital here today (Saturday) and consider the Federal Court Bill and other pieces of legislations to be anacted by the Parliament. Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights Ch. Wasi Zafar told PPI that Federal Court would start functioning from the new fiscal year (July 2005) He said the National Assembly and Senate would enact the bill before getting assent by the President.Draft of the bill said that Federal Court would adjudicate commercial, financial, industrial, trade, banking and insurance issues.
