Thank Heaven For Phone Plans: Through a program called Speak Out Wireless, Dallas-based 7-Eleven is selling prepaid wireless phone plans at its 195 San Diego County stores. The convenience store chain sells pre-paid phone service at a rate of 20 cents per minute through Ztar Mobile, which uses the Cingular Wireless network and Nokia phones.
