What is the EU doing to contribute to Morocco's development?
A number of EU projects were given the green light when [King] Mohamed VI launched the reform process in 2001. Funding is tied to the kingdom's political and economic progress: if the macroeconomic indicators are good, we'll put the money in, and funding is paid in a series of tranches as legislation is agreed and implemented.
