LOS ANGELES -- The Restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air has announced the appointment of Bruno Lopez as Chef de Cuisine. Bruno Lopez will team-up with Douglas Dodd, Hotel Bel-Air Executive Chef, and Roland Venturini, the hotel's Resident Manager.
A native of France, Bruno trained at the Ferrandi School in Paris and apprenticed at L'Espadon, a Michelin one-star restaurant at Hotel Ritz in Paris. Since then, Bruno has worked in the roles of sous chef and executive chef internationally, having spent time at the Ritz-Carlton in Dubai, at restaurants in South America, Versailles and Lyon, and in California at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and the L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. ...
