OAK RIDGE, Tenn. -- Oak Ridge Micro-Energy Inc. (OTCBB: OKME) recently announced that during the last quarter of 2004 and the first quarter of 2005, it has focused the company's resources on the development of thin-film rechargeable batteries for powering wireless semiconductor processing diagnostic wafers.
