Imagine calling your doctor to say, "I'm not feeling well, but I don't have time to come be diagnosed. Can you tell me what everyone else is using to get better? I'm sure that will work.''

As ridiculous as that sounds, employers do this every time a new cure for high health care costs hits the streets. Throwing solutions at the problem without studying your own group's health costs is like prescribing an ice pack for a stomach ache. If the treatment does not match the disease, it will not work.
