Mar. 8--The Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce anticipates a good turnout at its 116th annual dinner March 31 now that Gov. M. Jodi Rell has accepted an invitation to be keynote speaker.
More than 400 are expected to attend the event at The Continental Manor on Main Street in Norwalk. A cocktail hour will start at 5:30 p.m., followed by Rell's presentation, said Edward Musante Jr., chamber president and chief executive officer.
