The Commerce Department Feb. 8 said it would initiate an antidumping probe on orange juice from Brazil because the petitioners demonstrated industry support for the investigation. The petition seeking the probe was filed by Florida Citrus Mutual and others.
The International Trade Commission will make its preliminary injury determination on or around March 7. If that determination is affirmative, Commerce would make its preliminary dumping determination in June. An ...
