Spending an afternoon at the mall or in front of the PlayStation2 might not sound like too difficult a day to your average suburban 11-year-old.
But could they survive outdoors for a weekend?
Teaching the necessary wilderness survival skills is the premise behind a camp this summer sponsored by Paws for Survival, Inc.
The Naperville-based business is run by Lincoln Junior High School teachers Josh Stumpenhorst and Adam Schmitt.
