SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- The Center for Science, Technology, and Society (CSTS) at Santa Clara University today released the program for its international conference, "Digital Divide or Digital Commons: Toward Global Knowledge Sharing."
The day-long event will bring together leading thinkers from around the globe in academia, business, government, and non-governmental organizations to discuss the issue of taking the digital revolution to the next step.
